Information on this site is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is current.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Canopy Intelligence Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Deployment terms

Any paid deployment of the Canopy Platform, edge devices or AI agents is governed by a separate written order and services agreement. Those terms prevail over this page.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
