Canopy Platform is the control plane for edge devices, models and event data, hosted in Sydney.
What it does
The platform connects existing cameras to edge hardware, runs signed models on site, and surfaces events in a web console. No raw video is transmitted to the platform.

Device onboarding
Edge units appear in the console within minutes of plugging into the local network. No camera re-wiring required.
Model management
Assign models to cameras. Signed, versioned, over-the-air updates. Roll back if a release misbehaves.
Event stream
Counts, dwell times, and anomalies arrive as structured JSON. Route to Slack, Teams, BMS, or webhooks.

Data handling
Edge units discard frames in under one second. The event payload — counts, zone IDs, timestamps, confidence scores — is the only data that leaves the site. Raw footage stays on the customer's local network for as long as their retention policy dictates.
Identity is SAML 2.0 / OIDC. Control plane traffic is TLS 1.3. Every event is audit-logged. The platform is hosted in Sydney.
